Registration Fee

The Education Career Expo registration fee:

• Registration (in-person): $650

Organizations looking to participate in the Education Career Expo MUST REGISTER.

 Basic registration includes:

• Registration for two representatives
• One 8-foot rectangular table
• Two folding chairs
• Boxed lunch
• On-campus parking and shuttle to event site

Attendees will not have access to electrical outlets.

Your organization’s registration for the career fair includes admittance for two representatives. There is a required $50 fee for admittance for a third representative. No more than 4 representatives are permitted admittance per table.

Payment by Credit Card:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Once your registration is approved, you will receive an invoice with payment instructions.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation deadline is Thursday, February 26, 2026. Cancellations must be in writing to careerevents@cpp.edu. Cancellations received less than 2 weeks prior to the event, and day-of-event no-shows, are non-refundable. Failure to cancel does not negate financial responsibility.

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations that occur two weeks or less prior to any Career Center event. During a period, greater than two weeks, employers may request a refund of fees paid minus a $100.00 processing fee.

Additional Information:

• Table coverings are not provided at the fair. Please bring your own table covering.
• Wi-Fi available at: CPP Guest option

Parking and Parking Pass Information: 

Parking information will be emailed 1-2 weeks before the event.

Please notify staff prior to event if specific parking accommodations are needed on day of event.
